RETURN POLICY

We believe in pieces that tell a story, just like you do. While we don’t offer refunds, we’re happy to provide store credit or an exchange for a different size, style, or product—because finding the right fit for your journey matters.

All eligible items must be sent back within 30 days of the original purchase date to qualify for store credit or an exchange.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Available only within the United States.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from smoke or any odors.
  • Items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.

If an item is returned and doesn’t meet these guidelines, we reserve the right to refuse the return, charge for the item, or limit future returns.


Items That Stand Firm – Final Sale, No Returns or Exchanges

Some items are meant to stay as they are and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewelry
  • Fedoras
  • Customized pieces (any item personalized or altered specifically for you)
  • Any item marked "FINAL SALE" in the product title, description, or during promotional periods

The Process

We want to make your return or exchange as smooth and stress-free as possible. Please follow these steps:

1. Start the Process

Send us an email at contact@weatherednotworn.com to let us know you’d like to return or exchange an item. Please include:

  • Your name and order number
  • A brief description of what you’d like to return or exchange

We’ll respond within 24 hours with instructions and confirmation.

2. Package Your Item Securely

  • Ensure the item is properly packed to prevent damage during shipping.

3. Include a Note Inside the Package with:

  • Your name and order number
  • The reason for return
  • Your preference for store credit or an exchange
  • If exchanging, the specific item, size, and color you’d like in return (if applicable)

4. Ship Your Item to the Address Provided

5. Notify Us

Once your package is shipped, send us an email at contact@weatherednotworn.com so we can be on the lookout for it.

6. Processing Your Return

Once we receive your package and confirm the item(s) meet our return guidelines, we’ll send you an email confirmation.

  • If you requested store credit, we’ll issue it promptly. If your original order qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit.
  • If you opted for an exchange, we’ll ship your requested item as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs & Refunds

  • Buyer’s Remorse Returns (e.g., item didn’t fit, color/quality preference, changed mind, ordered by mistake) – Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Our Error or Defective Product – If the return is due to our mistake, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email.
  • Refunds – If applicable, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus shipping costs.
